I purchased Motorstorm for the PlayStation 3 back in January, completed it and just yesterday I got the PAL/UK version of the game. I was gutted to see my game save wouldn’t work. Not wanting to spend the same number of hours completing it a second time (despite it being an awesome game), I wanted to find a game save, so I could unlock the cars I had so rightfully earned, for online play.
Well, I managed to simply combine the U.S save with the E.U one and vóila! Done.
You’ll need to copy it on to a memory device, and put it in the following folder structure: /PS3/SAVEDATA/BCES00006.
You can then import it under the PlayStation 3’s Game Data Utility under Game in the XMB.

Hey, I love this idea etc. But I can’t get the thing to work… Because my computer wont recognise my memory device (i was using a Memory Stick PRO Duo in my PSP) on its own i had to use it via USB and through my PSP, is it possible to do it this way? Also i can’t put the forward slashes in the folder path it says i am not able to use certain characters… So i would love to get this to work but I don’t think it will… Any suggestions..

Er… You being serious? You don’t put the folder slashes in the filename.
You make a folder on the memory stick called PS3. Inside that you make a folder called SAVEDATA. Then inside that you put the folder from the zip file, BCES00006.
Done. Once inserted, you should see the game save come up in the Game Data Utility, under Game in the XMB.

Okay I did that, but when I load up the game nothing is there… It’s as if a new game has been set up ???

Stevie - you’re doing something wrong. Make sure you import/copy it to the HDD. If that doesnt work, use Google!

No, it won’t.
But you can download a U.S version easily enough, from U.S sites.

I really appreciate the 100% save, but does anybody know where I can get one with just level 1 , 2 and 3 complete. So I can do the rest myself. I upgraded my hard drive to 200 gig but didn’t back up anything and I don’t fancy doing the first 3 levels again.
